WHEN THE DREAM BECOMES REAL

UPDATE: Considering the research by Colin A. Ross in his book The CIA Doctors on Bateson's connections to the CIA and MKUltra I don't think this document can be trusted. Global Vision is also a globalist "change agents" organisation. Also see "Dr. Colin A. Ross interview, pt. 1 - "MKULTRA - What Is Mind Control?" - Gnostic Media episode #161". But I leave this document here for research purposes.
